I will be away from November 2016 to January 2017. I am looking to sublet my room for this period, for longer /shorter period under discussion.
Feel at home, chill out in the shared living room, cook in the kitchen, relax in the balconies and enjoy your privacy in the bedroom. You share the apartment with my Italian flatmate, a musician, he practices classical guitar sometimes, but it is not loud.
Our apartment is located in one of the most lively area in Zurich (Kreis 4). It is 30 min away on foot or 10 min by bus to the touristic center of Zurich. Kreis 4 has a lot of cozy cafes and stylish bars.
We are interested to host easy going people who wish to stay in a friendly place and have a sharing life attitude. Feel free to smoke in the living room or in the balcony.
